Corruption in the EEOC

Dear Friends,

The gestation period for this particular blog has taken far too long, it is inspired by the most banal, and for the uninitiated, most questionable of all motives - personal outrage. Organizations become dinosaurs overnight because they fail to listen to the groundswell of an underground movement that has become organized and loud in the varying complaints of a system that perpetuates corruption. The internal corruption within the EEOC has been well documented and demonstrated.

There are drastic consequences of placing far too much power and authority in the hands of the EEOC when they cannot administer justice responsibly. The American justice system has witnessed the horrifying retreat of facts turned into fantasy. The EEOC has run amok in both Congress and the courts wielding unchecked power and influence. The system is propelled by powerful propaganda, virtually impregnated arrogance, and greed: reason gone mad, zero accountability; and money carries the day. The EEOC is a farce, it perpetuates horrific injustices.

Well meaning people tell us that "time heals all." It is a lie, especially when the wound is constantly ripped open by the intentional acts of others in a conscious attempt to hide the truth. Congress needs to step in for there to be any effective changes.

Respectfully submitted,

Honorable Mary Elizabeth Bullock (Retired)

  2. The Law firm of Jackson Lewis LLP of NYC is involved in corruption with the EEOC's NYDO. If an investigation against Jackson Lewis' clients looks like it will be reasonable cause the management at EEOC-NYDO will suspend the investigation and allows the complaint to be assigned to Mediation(ADR)with no cause findings against Jackson Lewis' clients. Their other Law firms involved with and benefits from the corruption at the EEOC nation wide.

Employer, General Dynamics Information Technology violated my ADA and ADAAA Rights. I was harassed after asking company to enforce company policy.

On 03/20/2014, Filed charge of Discrimination at EEOC Houston Tx. Jeremy Crosbie never informed me of my rights under ADA and ADAAA. In fact, Jeremy Crosbie never investigated my case, witness were never contacted. I believe he was paid off.

On 10/07/2015, Contact was made with Federal Court, Southern District of Texas (4:15-cv-03038). Civil Suit was brought against U.S. EEOC, U.S. Attorney General Lynch, U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidon, Jeremy Crosbie and Martin S. Ebel.

***Instead of granting my motion for a court appointed attorney, I was told I could represent myself (Now I know why that was done.)

On 10/26/2015, packet was submitted to FBI, Special Agent Perrye K. Turner.

***On 11/04/2015, Lynn N. Hughes United States District Judge, entered an Opinion on Dismissal and a Final Dismissal with Prejudice. (H-15-3038)
Federal Investigator, Jeremy Crosby and Acting District Director, Martin S. Ebel have committed treason and obstructed justice.

It is time for the Lord to act, for your law has been broken. Psalm 119:126 ESV

Father God, I ask you to arise against my enemies just as you rose against Pharaoh in Jesus name, Amen.

    1. You are so right about the corruption in the Federal Government. I had a EEO AJ to rule on the behave of the agency, without a hearing. The agency knew if my case would have gone to court, the agency would have commented perjury. Something has to happen and change with the corruption in the Federal system. But God will prevail for his people "Because the Sovereign Lord will prevail in His eternal plan, His servants should be encouraged to trust Him and to do His will."
